charming stay
helpful staff beach toys convenient parking
The staff impressed me. Their consistent helpfulness. i liked the board games and beach toys available for borrowing, a thoughtful touch. also, the hotel's proximity to the beach paired with available parking made outings easy and convenient.
The lift felt old and showed chipped paint. Using it made me worry about its condition.

our family room had light decor with spacious layout. tea, coffee, and biscuits selection were a wonderful bonus. crisp clean sheets and fresh towels were supplied daily .

the hotel offers a pool table to enjoy. a laundry room proved useful . i found the christmas decorations and trees quite lovely adding to the festive mood.

breakfast had plenty of choices to consider. milk and cookies provided before bed was a good touch for the kids. i found the restaurant manager quite attentive making sure every guest was happy.

fantastic family stay
warm welcome ocean view spacious room sunset dinners
the staff offered a very warm welcome. my daughters especially enjoyed their time here. the ocean view from our spacious room was beautiful. we enjoyed sunset dinners at the cove, while the children played in the designated area.
I noticed the windows in our room did not close tightly. A slight wind noise was audible at night. it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

The hotel has tailored activities suitable for all ages. a cinema is available for guest use. The pool and bar provided additional options. the bar offers a selection of cocktails plus live music in the evenings.

Our room included thoughtful touches with lovely toiletries. hot chocolate and an assortment of teas were provided in the room. the beds were comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival to the hotel.

underwhelming stay
thin walls full car park
the location offered nice views overlooking the beach.
The walls were thin. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. the car park was already full upon arrival and i struggled to find a space. the breakfast was expensive.

Wonderful Family Stay!
pool facilities jacuzzi lovely view breakfast options
I stayed at the hotel for three nights. My family really enjoyed the pool facilities and jacuzzi. The hotel room had a lovely sea view. The breakfast included many options, such as pastries and fresh fruit.
The corridors looked a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh.

The family room featured comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. It also had bunk beds, which the kids loved. The bathroom was very clean and included complimentary toiletries, this was appreciated. The shortbread biscuits in the room were a nice touch.

The staff at reception were helpful, especially with directions and local information! The dining room service was prompt. The bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping kept the room super clean throughout our stay!

The hotel is located right across from the beach, providing easy access! The views of the beach were fine. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Onsite parking was available and convenient.

The room was so spacious. it was a luxury double or twin room, and it had two separate sinks which i thought was amazing!!! there was also a rainfall shower. It was so relaxing. the hotel's proximity to the beach was so convenient. I loved that.
There was no air conditioning in the room, i was so hot!!! the fans that were provided were not that great. the lift was out of service for a long time. It made carrying luggage up the stairs difficult.
